Present Perfect Continuous Tense in Hindi:  इस लेख में हम इंग्लिश ग्रामर के प्रेजेंट टेंस के चौथे उप भाग यानी Present Perfect Continuous Tense Hindi mein विस्तार से पढ़ने वाले हैं।

पिछले अध्याय में हम प्रजेंट टेंस के पहले भाग प्रेजेंट इंडेफिनिटी टेंस दुसरे प्रेजेंट कंटीन्यूअस टेंस और तीसरे प्रेजेंट परफेक्ट टेंस के बारे में पढ़ चुके हैं। यदि आप इन्हें नही जानते तो आप इन्हें एक बार जरुर पढ़े।

इस अध्याय में हम प्रेजेंट परफेक्ट कंटीन्यूअस टेंस की पहचान, बनाने के नियम तथा Present Perfect Continuous Tense Examples के साथ सीखेंगे। इसे हिंदी में पूर्णापूर्ण वर्तमान काल भी कहते हैं।

Present Perfect Continuous Tense in Hindi | पूर्णापूर्ण वर्तमान काल

इस काल के वाक्यों में यह प्रकट होता है कि कार्य भूतकाल में प्रारंभ हुआ लेकिन वर्तमान काल में जारी है किंतु कार्य के शुरू होने का समय भी दिया रहता है। यदि समय नहीं दिया रहता तो यह वाक्य प्रेजेंट कंटीन्यूअस टेंस होता क्योंकि उसमें समय नहीं दिया रहता है।

  • मैं इस किताब को 2 घंटे से पढ़ रहा हूं।
  • वह सुबह से एक उपन्यास पढ़ रही है।
  • पिछले सोमवार से बारिश नहीं हो रही है।
  • गुड़िया एक घंटे से गाना गा रही है।
  • मैं पांच साल से स्कूल में पढ़ा रहा हूं।

प्रेजेंट परफेक्ट कंटीन्यूअस टेंस की पहचान | Definition of Present Perfect Continuous Tense

  1. जिन हिंदी वाक्य के क्रिया के अंत में रहा है, रही है, रहे हैं, रहा हूँ इत्यादि शब्द लगा रहता है किन्तु वाक्य में समय या अवधि भी दिया रहता है। वह वाक्य Present Perfect Continuous Tense होता है।

Examples–

  • चिड़िया 2 घंटे से उड़ रही है।
  • बच्चा 2:00 बजे से खेल रहा है।
  • वह 4 घंटे से जा रहे हैं।
  • मैं 4 घंटे से लिख रहा हूं।
  • वह दो दिन से कार्य कर रहा है।
  • मैं कल से उसकी प्रतीक्षा कर रहा हूं।

उपरोक्त वाक्य वाक्यों से यह पता चलता है कि कार्य जारी और कार्य शुरू होने का समय भी दिया है और इनके क्रियाओं के अंत में रहा है, रही है, रहे हैं, रहा हूँ आदि शब्द लगे हैं अर्थात यह सेंटेंस Present Perfect Continuous Tense के है।

2. यदि किसी हिंदी वाक्य के क्रिया के अंत में ता रहा है, ती रही है, ते रहे है, ता रहा हूं, आदि शब्द लगा है, तो उस वाक्य का अनुवाद Present Perfect Continuous Tense में किया जाता है।

Example-

  • मै पढ़ता रहा हूं।- I have been studying
  • वह लिखता रहा है।- He has been writing.
  • राम बोलता  रहा है।- Ram has been speaking.
  • वह सोचता रहा है।- He’s been thinking.
  • वह खाता रहा है।- He’s been eating.

3. कुछ ऐसे भी वाक्य होते हैं जिनमें मुख्य क्रिया नहीं होती है और नहीं ता रहा है, ती रही है, ते रहें हैं जैसा शब्द लगा होता है फिर भी उन वाक्यों को प्रेजेंट परफेक्ट कंटीन्यूअस टेंस में ट्रांसलेट किया जाता है। ऐसा तब किया जाता है जब उसने समय या अवधि दिया हो।

Example-

  • वह 5 साल से वाराणसी में हैं।- He has been in Varanasi for 5 years.
  • राजू और काजू 1 हफ्ते से बीमार हैं।- Raju and Kaju have been ill for 1 week.

Present Perfect Continuous Tense Rules | Rules of Present Perfect Continuous Tense in Hindi

  • He, she, it तथा एकवचन कर्ताओं के साथ सहायक क्रिया has been लगते हैं।
  • I, we, you, they तथा बहुवचन कर्ताओं के साथ सहायक क्रिया have been लगते हैं। 
  • यदि वाक्य में नही शब्द है तो has/have के बाद not लिखकर been लिखते हैं
  • मुख्य क्रिया के पहले रूप में ing जोड़ देते हैं।
  • निश्चित समय के लिए since तथा अनिश्चित समय के लिए for लगाते हैं।

Since का प्रयोग- सुबह से, शाम से, दोपहर से, कल से, 2 बजे से, जनवरी से, जुलाई से, 2005 से इत्यादि के साथ since का प्रयोग करते हैं।

For का प्रयोग- 2 घंटे से, 3 घंटे से, 3 दिन से, 3 महीने से, कई दिनों से, कई वर्षों से, 7 दिनों से इत्यादि के साथ for का प्रयोग करते हैं।

Since or for का प्रयोग कहाँ करे इसे आप निम्न शॉर्टकट से याद कर सकते हैं।

Shortcut- तिथि, मिथि, सन, संवत, वार, बजे में since अन्य सभी मे for का प्रयोग करते हैं।

  • Affirmative Sentence (सकारात्मक वाक्य)

  • Interrogative Sentence ( प्रश्नवाचक वाक्य)

Present Perfect Continuous Tense Affirmative Sentences in Hindi

Present Perfect Continuous Tense के एफर्मेटिव सेंटेंस (साधारण वाक्य) में सबसे पहले हम Subject को लिखते हैं उसके बाद subject के अनुसार सहायक क्रिया has been/have been लिखते हैं फिर Main verb (मुख्य क्रिया) के पहले रूप में ing जोड़ देते हैं।

  • He, she, it तथा एकवचन कर्ताओं के साथ सहायक क्रिया has been लगते हैं।
  • I, we, you, they तथा बहुवचन कर्ताओं के साथ सहायक क्रिया have been लगते हैं।
  • मुख्य क्रिया के पहले रूप में ing जोड़ देते हैं।
  • निश्चित समय के लिए since तथा अनिश्चित समय के लिए for लगाते हैं।

Structure – Subject + helping verb (has/have + been) + main verb + ing + object + since/for + time + other word.

  • वह 2 दिन से फुटबॉल खेल रहा है।- He has been playing football for two days.
  • वह सुबह से पत्र लिख रही है।- She has been writing a letter since morning.
  • मैं 2 दिन से तुम्हारा प्रतीक्षा कर रहा हूं।- I have been waiting you for two days
  • मैं यह काम दो दिनों से कर रहा हूं।- I have been doing this work for two day.
  • वह सुबह से पढ़ रहा हें।- He has been reading since morning.
  • रानी 2 घंटे से रो रही है।- Rani has been crying for 2 hours.
  • हम दो महीने से अंग्रेजी सीख रहे हैं।- We have been learning English for two months.
  • मै सुबह से उसका इंतजार कर रहा हूँ।- I have been waiting for him since morning.
  • वह आजकल बहुत पढाई कर रहा है।- He has been studying hard recently.
  • बच्चे 7 बजे से खेल रहे है।- Boys have been playing since 7 o’clock.
  • आजकल वह हर रोज 8 घंटे काम कर रहा है।- He has been working for 8 hour a day recently.
  • मैं कई घंटों से कतार में खड़ा हूँ।- I have been studying in the queue for hours.
  • राम इस किताब को दो घंटे से पढ़ रहा है।- Ram has been reading this book for two hours.
  • लड़की सुबह से सो रही है।- The girl has been sleeping since morning.
  • वह इस घर में जनवरी से रह रहा है।- He has been living in this house since January. 
  • हम इस विभाग में दो महीनो से काम कर रहे हैं।- We have been working in this department for two months.
  • मैं सुबह पाँच बजे से कपड़े धो रहा हूँ।- I have been washing clothes since five in the morning.

जब प्रजेंट परफेक्ट कंटीन्यूअस टेंस के हिंदी वाक्य में नहीं शब्द आये तो has/have के बाद not लिखकर been लिखते हैं शेष नियम पूर्व की तरह रहता है।

Structure – Subject + has/have + not + been + main verb + ing + object + since/for + time.

Example–

  • राम 2 दिन से स्कूल नहीं जा रहा है।- Ram has not been going to school for two days. 
  • वह सुबह से फुटबॉल ही खेल रहा है।- He has not been playing football since morning.
  • रानी रविवार से तस्वीर नहीं खींच रही हैं।- Rani has not been drawing a picture since Sunday.
  • वे दोनों तीस मिनट से बात नहीं हो रही है।- They both haven’t been talking for thirty minutes.
  • वह एक घंटे से नहीं रो रही है।- She has not been weeping for an hour.
  • मैंने 2016 से इस कंपनी में काम नहीं किया है।- I have not working in this company since 2016.
  • मै सुबह से उसका इंतजार नहीं कर रहा हूँ।- I have not been waiting for him since morning.
  • वह आजकल बहुत पढाई नहीं कर रहा है।- He has not been studying hard recently.
  • बच्चे 7 बजे से नहीं खेल रहे है।- Boys have not been playing since 7 o’clock.
  • वह दो दिन से नहीं पढ़ रही है।- She has not been reading for two days.
  • राहुल मुझे दो साल से नहीं पढ़ा रहा है।- Rahul has not been teaching me for two years.
  • आजकल वह हर रोज 8 घंटे काम नहीं कर रहा है।- He has not been working for 8 hour a day recently.
  • मैं कई घंटों से कतार में नहीं खड़ा हूँ।- I have not been studying in the queue for hours.

Present Perfect Continuous Tense Interrogative Sentence

सेंटेंस में प्रश्न सूचक शब्द दो प्रकार से प्रयोग होते हैं।

  1. Yes or no
  2. Wh words
  • Yes or no- अगर प्रश्न सूचक शब्द क्या वाक्य के पहले आए तो प्रश्न सूचक शब्द की अंग्रेजी नहीं बनाते हैं। हिंदी या english प्रश्नसूचक सेंटेंस के अंत मे प्रश्नसूचक चिन्ह (?) अवश्य लगाते हैं।

Structure – Has/Have + subject + been + main verb + ing + object + since/for + time + ?

Examples–

  • क्या तुम 2 दिन से स्कूल जा रहे हो?- Have you been going to school since 2 days?
  • क्या मैं सुबह से उसका इंतजार कर रहा हूँ?-  Have I been waiting for him since morning?
  • क्या वह आजकल बहुत पढाई कर रहा है?- Has He been studying hard recently?
  • क्या मैं कई घंटों से कतार में खड़ा हँ?- Have I been studying in the queue for hours?
  • क्या वह अपना काम तीन घंटे से कर रहा है?- Has he been doing his work for three hours? 
  • क्या वे मेरी सहायता कई सालों से कर रहे हैं?- Have they been helping me for many years? 
  • क्या मैं सुबह से अपनी किताब नहीं पढ़ रहा हूँ?- Have I not been reading my book since morning?
  • क्या राहुल 2017 से यहां रह रहा है?- Has Rahul been living here since 2017?
  • क्या वह 2 घंटे से खेल रहा है?- Has he been playing for 2 hours?
  • Wh words – अगर प्रश्न सूचक शब्द वाक्य के बीच में आए तो प्रश्न सूचक शब्द की अंग्रेजी सबसे पहले लिखते हैं। हिंदी या english प्रश्नसूचक सेंटेंस के अंत मे प्रश्नसूचक चिन्ह (?) अवश्य लगाते हैं।

  • तुम 2 दिन से वहाँ क्यों जा रहे हो?- Why have you been going there for two days.
  • तुम दो दिन से यहाँ क्या कर रहे हो?- What have you been doing here for two days ? 
  • वे जुलाई से अपना समय नष्ट क्यों कर रहे हैं?- Why have they been wasting their time since July?
  • शुक्रवार से टीचर कौन – सी किताब पढ़ा रहे हैं?- Which book has the teacher been teaching since Friday?
  • तुम्हारा शाम से कौन इन्तजार कर रहा है?- Who has been waiting for you since evening?
  • 3 घंटे से राहुल कहां  घूम रहा है?- Where has Rahul been walking for 3 hours? 
  • वे शाम से ही T.V क्यों देख रहे हैं?- Why have they been watching T.V since evening?
  • बच्चे 7 बजे से क्या खेल रहे है?- What have Boys been playing since 7 o’clock?
  • आजकल वह हर रोज 8 घंटे काम कैसे कर रहा है?- How has he been working for 8 hour a day recently?

प्रश्नवाचक शब्द कौन, किसने आए तो इसकी अंग्रेजी who लिखते हैं तथा इसके साथ सहायक क्रिया has been लगाते हैं।

Example

  • तुम्हें 2 दिन से हिंदी कौन पढ़ा रहा है?- Who has been teaching you Hindi for two days?
  • तुम्हें दो दिने से कौन बुलाया रहा है?- Who has been calling you for two days?

How many, How much, Which तथा whose से सम्बंधित nouns जुड़े रहते हैं।

Example-

  • सुबह से कितने लड़के मैदान में खेल रहे हैं?- How many boys have been playing in the field since morning?
  • वह दो घंटे से कौन सी किताब खरीद रहा है?- Which book has he been buying for two hours?
  • सुबह से कितने लड़के चाय पी रहे हैं?- How many boys have been drinking tea since morning?-
  • दो दिन से कितने लड़के विद्यालय आ रहे हैं?- How many boys have been coming to school for two days?

Present Perfect Continuous Tense Interrogative Negative Sentence 

Rule 1. यदि प्रेजेंट परफेक्ट कंटीन्यूअस टेंस में प्रश्न सूचक शब्द वाक्य के पहले आए और वाक्य में नही शब्द हो तो, सहायक क्रिया has/have के बाद कर्ता लिखते हैं। उसके बाद not लिखकर been लिखते हैं

  • क्या मैं सुबह से उसका इंतजार नहीं कर रहा हूँ?- Have I not been waiting for him since morning?
  • क्या वह आजकल बहत पढाई नहीं कर रहा है?- Has He not been studying hard recently?
  • क्या मैं सुबह से उसका इंतजार नहीं कर रहा हूँ?- Have I not been waiting for him since morning?
  • क्या वह आजकल बहत पढाई नहीं कर रहा है?- Has He not been studying hard recently?
  • क्या सोमवार से वर्षा नहीं हो रही है?- Has it not been raining since Monday?
  • क्या तुम 5 घंटे से नहीं पढ़ रहे हो?- Have you not been studying for 5 hours?

Rule 2. अगर Present Perfect continuous Tense में प्रश्न सूचक शब्द वाक्य के बीच में आए और वाक्य में नही शब्द हो तो, प्रश्न सूचक शब्द की अंग्रेजी सबसे पहले लिखते है। उसके बाद subject लिखकर not लिखते हैं ।

  • तुम 2 दिन से आगरा क्यों नहीं जा रहे हो?- Why have you not been going to Agra for 2 days?
  • वह इस दफ्तर में चार दिन से काम क्यों नही कर रहा है?- Why has he not been working in this office for four days?

Affirmative sentence-

  • मैं प्रातः काल से पढ़ रहा हूं।- I have been studying since morning.
  • दो बजे से वर्षा हो रही है।- It has been raining since two o’clock.
  • वह 2 दिन से तुम्हारी प्रतीक्षा कर रहा है।- He has been waiting for you for 2 days.
  • वह कल से मेरी प्रतीक्षा कर रहा है।- He has been waiting for me since yesterday.
  • लड़के बहुत देर से उधम मचा रहे हैं। The boys have been fussy for a long time.
  • कमला कई घंटे से रो रही है।- Kamala has been crying for several hours.
  • हम इस मकान में कई साल से रह रहे हैं।- We have been living in this house for many years.
  • बढ़ई सुबह से मैच बना रहा है।- The carpenter has been making matches since morning.

Negative sentence-

  • मेरी बिल्ली बहुत दिन से दूध नहीं पी रही है।- My cat has not been drinking milk for a long time.
  • मैं सन 1999 से नहीं पढ़ रहा हूं।- I have not been studying since 1999.
  • हम सुबह से कार्य नहीं कर रहे हैं।- We have not been working since morning.
  • मैं 15 वर्षों से नौकरी नहीं कर रहा हूं।- I have not been working for 15 years.
  • मजदूर 2 दिन से नहीं आ रहे हैं।- The labourers have not been coming for 2 days.
  • लड़कियां प्रातः काल से नहीं खेल रही हैं।- Girls have not been playing since morning.
  • वह 1 सप्ताह से बीमार नहीं है।- He has not been sick for 1 week.
  • वह 4 दिन से नहीं पड़ रहा है।- He has not been falling for 4 days.
  • अगस्त से पानी नहीं बरस रहा है।- It has not rained since August.

Interrogative sentence-

  • क्या सोमवार से वर्षा हो रही है?- Has it been raining since Monday?
  • क्या तुम 5 घंटे से पढ़ रहे हो?- Have you been studying for 5 hours?

प्रेजेंट कंटीन्यूअस टेंस निम्न नियम से बना सकते हैं। इस लेख में विस्तार से नियम को बताया गया हैं।
